What a truly fabulous experience... one of the best routes in the lakes by far... such a low key, friendly, no pressure atmosphere and a supportive set of marshals and helpers... definitely a run to remember and a cracking day out in stunning scenery. Thanks to all for making it such a joy... I highly recommend this event to anyone and everyone

I have to say and have I have said to many people today,how much good value the race was.£20 odd quid absolutely brilliant!!! will be back ,and will be spreading the word how good the event and all the support ,from car park to the medal placed round my neck .Well done all involved.

Ran the Derwentwater Dawdle in 2019. really well organised event, friendly, efficient, great communication. One of the most enjoyable trail race events I've been to over the years. I'll certainly try others in the series and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Really great day, thank you. I hope to do it again and may be get a bit more distance between me and those sweepers (no offence, they were lovely!). Thanks for the meal, gingerbread and friendly welcome when we got back. Love my medal too. ?

I have now done all your events and this is my pick from a superb collection. I love the inclusive and homely style of them. Great food and support at checkpoints and really appreciated the marshalls up on the high points. I plan to be back for this again next year. Thank you for a fantastic day out ??

Thanks to everyone involved in the organisation and marshalling and sweeping of yesterday’s event. I was last through the door ? but still loved my day out and omg that medal is an absolute belter! The gingerbread was a really lovely touch as well. Thanks again! ❤️??

I did the 4 Passes race and can highly recommend it. Well organised, great marshalls and a cracking course and toast and a meal after the race!

Completed the Lakeland 5 passes ultra this weekend and can’t praise the ascend team enough. Friendly, generous and well organised.
Really good food options at all checkpoints, great finishers lasagne and medal.
